Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

+ We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

+ If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the faulty item for refund procedures.

+ Communication via email or phone is highly encouraged should you have any issues. Direct negative feedback will not help you or us.

Shipping & Pickup

Shipping

+ We normally ship within 48 hours of payment being received.

+ Combine shipping is available. Just drop us an email or a question under Q&A at the respective auction site.

+ Please leave a physical address if you choose Courier delivery.

+ If the delivery address is rural and the buyer has not chosen and paid for rural delivery surcharges (courier option), we reserve the right to withold the order until payment is made or deliver the order through other means, where the difference in postage cost is not refundable.


Pickup

+ Pickup is only available Monday - Thursday, location is near Mill St Pak n Save, along Ulster St, Hamilton, New Zealand.

+ Pickup address and contact number will be emailed to you after auction closes. Please check your email spam folder if you did not receive the email within 3 days of auction closing.
